So I'm currently trying to decide which of those champions I should get, I want to be able to deal out some really nice damage, make it look flashy, and be able to escape

If you don't have a lot of champions Quinn would be the best out of this lot as far as versatility. She can be viable in every role (except support). Velkoz 'mostly' just mid and very counterable. Leesin 'mostly' jg.

If you play ranked you probably should not play Lee Sin (he will make you lose) but he is really fun to play and has a satisfying skill curve.
