Lagging and not sure why

Not sure how i can capture this.. But for whatever reason, about 1/2 the time when I log in, once I get in game, there is some hard lag whenever abilities are cast. I've tried resetting my network router/modem. I figured it could be graphical but I turned down the graphics and that didn't help. I set the fps cap to 80 because my laptop was usually running around 100 when left uncapped. Didn't help much either. I play with ethernet cord plugged in and I have a 2013 MSI Intel Core i7-4700HQ with 16 RAM.

Best way would be to submit a support ticket for technical issues. They have different tools to investigate into your issue.

I've been trying to do that but every time I try to submit the ticket, its says "Must be logged in to submit a ticket of that sort." I'm logged in here and in the client, something else I should be doing?

I think you#re not automatically logged in there so just try to do that again. Or log out and log in especially on that side. Let me know if that works for you!

When I try to login from that page, but button will press down as if it's working but nothing happens. The page just stays the same and there's no loading bar and when I right click there is no link to access. :/

That's a tough one to answer. I could try to navigate you to the support from the official league of legends website, but that does not solve the problem with being unable to login. I'd usually send you to the Help & Support section, but it doesn't look like there's going on service anymore. I even see some threads already that state the same problem with being unable to login to submit a ticket. I'm really sad but I can't help anymore at that point. [zombie-nunu-tears]

Thanks for trying, I'll keep at it on my own. I've been trying a couple different things so hopefully that lag doesn't happen.

In case you didn't notice that I edited my last post: I updated that because my link could have been flawed for NA users. I hope you can try that out and give me feedback if that worked out for you!
