You realize the moderators are volunteers and not riot employes?

people who work for free purely out of devotion for the game, and whose position entirely depend on riot lmao that's even worse, thanks for pointing that out

I think the point you're making is that matchmaking is bad as it gives unranked players and it is making you to lose games right? Imo, this is mostly caused due to matchmaking inclined more towards giving games faster rather than giving fairer games. Saying stuff like mmr of players is nearby is consolation and you've to always use dodge if you're not comfortable with unranked players(some can be smurfs too, so it is like a gamble). It isn't rigged games, but sometimes you do get matched up with bad players-you're supposed to solo-carry games. While I agree that having multiple losses in a row is irritating and demotivating, try to stop as soon as you get 2nd loss in a day; it is because after 1st loss itself, players tend to tilt a bit and it will only ruin further games.

Solution to this is to have two options for queuing: 1) Current system for faster games, 2) Better system for fairer games and if possible, players to set some prerequisites for the team(rank, level, kp, kda, no autofill, number of games played, win ratio,....): this may eventually lead to long queue times, but I guess for players who want to climb, it is worthy to wait.

3)make people pay for their own mistakes. If people lose LP or account because of their actions and not someone else's, then matchmaking will matter a lot less.
