I saw Sneaky and some other streamers autoattack without clicking, they only go back and the champion attacks.
I tried this with key button "A'' But still can't do it. It would be best if the champion would stop movement and then attack the closest target. Can someone teach me this in details :) Thanks

You need to enable an option that allows A click to attack closest target.
Also it attacks to the closest target on where you A click.
If A click out of your range, your champion will walk into range and attack the closest to the executed A click location.
A click closest target kiting is pretty basic for an ADC to learn.
Most of the time if you're trying to kite the closest target, you just step back and A click on your feet or something.
Your mouse cursor should always be close to your champion anyways, it allows for easy access to switch movement directions 360.
