ive probably afked 4 times and this is my second time with leaver buster which gave me a 5 game ban in my jinx game. i deserved it so i did my five games with it telling me you have 5,4,3,2,1 games left in lower priority but after 1 it continued with nothing afterword. League is my favorite game with counter strike a close second but it really affects the gameplay when you get 2 games a day where i usually get 4. can someone pls explain?
Strat1 votesrofl I have no sympathy for you, even if it's a bug. People who AFK multiple times after receiving the warning aren't welcome in this community. Send a ticket to Riot support if you want to get help on this, though.
laughingjacker1 votesOut of 300 games I afked 5 times. They were all in no hope games where we had trolls or bots that just went right through the mid lane going 0/38/0. I think I only afked twice which were on me. Once because my friend just died and another because my sister needed medicin.
Strat1 votesThat's a lot of AFKs for 300 games. Imagine if everyone did that. That would mean every 6 games, someone on your team or the enemy team will be AFK. Not a great environment to be in for good games.
Imagine if you had not AFK'd except for those specific emergency circumstances? You'd never get punished because it was only a couple of AFKs.
Beyond external circumstances, there's no excuse for AFKing. Doesn't matter how badly the team is doing. You play the game out. It's a matter of principle. You agree to not AFK by queuing up in the first place. If you can't handle that, play a different game.
laughingjacker1 votesActually I checked I played 350 games with 5 games. 2 of them for real emergencies and 2 where my entire team was toxic trollers. League should double down on toxicity before afks especially in normals. Like I was playing Nasus top with a Munro Jung who took boots 4 health bots another top vayne after I called it. Vs a teemo. It was just a mess and my team wouldn't surrender 20 and I could easily get 1 shot by they're enemy so I decided to make league small and right to riot about my 162 game chat ban. Another 2 games I disconnected and couldn't reconnect. 1 was a windows update and the other was a power outage.

Doesn't matter, you complete the game. Even if people refuse to surrender, you play it out. At the end of the day, even if you can't win, you can still learn a thing or two, so just focus on what the best action to do even if you know the game is unwinnable.

Ignorance isn't an excuse. Disable automatic updates if you want to play League.

A legitimate issue, but you wouldn't have gotten a leaver buster punishment if this was your only leave.
It amuses me how your story keeps changing. I thought 2 of the 5 leaves were for medical emergencies?
Also the fact that you have a chat ban says a lot about your character.
