With the New patch on the ap items Elises' late game is on the low side. I can still kill things but it is out of skill mean while the opponents may just kag their way threw. I start Rylaa's crystal scepter then grab a banner of command, it isn't a max Ap build but i'd very much like an Elise buff or Ludens Echo replaced.
Remarkably, Elise buffs appear to be on the way:
Cocoon (Human E) stun duration increased to 1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2 seconds, from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
Spider Form (R):
Spiderlings now deal magic damage instead of physical damage
Spiderlings damage AP ratio increased to 15% AP from 10% AP.
That's on the PBE right now. Sometimes buffs like this get retracted a bit, though, like her recent healing swap in her kit.
