Dear Riot (In regards to match making and tribunal)

In my recent games I've had quite a hard time playing. I consistently have teammates that tell me to kill myself, harass myself and other team members. Does Riot not consider this kind of bullying and harassment serious? I would like to suggest that the tribunal punishments be increased. No one cares about the tribunal, because they can act however they want and maybe once get a temporary ban. Riot, please. These people are ruining your game and the slap on the wrist that most tribunal punishment is not helping.

League of legends has the reputation for having the worst community in all of gaming. I'd love a response from a RIOT employee about this. I think it's time to put a stop to it.

If you tell someone to kill themselves, your account should be permanently banned. That is unacceptable.

I just want to sit down, play a game I love, and not have to worry about people telling me to kill myself.

About the mute function: I good idea on paper but in a highly tactically focused game, that is a sure way to lose your game.

Toxic players should be flagged and have a higher chance to play with other accounts that have been punished in the tribunal. Why do I have to play with these people and be punished if I'm harassed to the point of wanting to leave the game?

Barring toxic players from Ranked play is the best way to solve this rampart problem in the league community. Please Riot, show you care about your players and do something real. Week bans and chat restrictions obviously are not doing enough, play a few games and that much is clear.
