Warwick's R jump distance is equal to 250% of his MS. So if you have a shit ton of MS, you're going to jump both fast and far.

Only reason it's not broken is because it gets so tricky to aim when you're that far away going that fast.
I've been playing Warwick lately (ever since the rework honestly), and I think it's fair, because he still has to commit heavily to a fight with it, it's still something that you can miss, and even if you do hit you still need the damage to finish the kill and the ability to get out again if their team is there. The biggest buff predator gives is just the extra element of surprise.
Custom game, probably built items that would allow people to shit on you early on for
