I mean i love some league music and its kinda annoying having to open Youtube just for that - how amazing it would be if i could hear the music in game instead of the same little song over and over again

What do you mean? I don't get it. You don't want to hear the maps music anymore and want to replace it with something else?

Use spotify and turn league music off. They can't do this because of copyright restrictions.
