IM TIRED AND IDK WHO TO PLAY AT THIS POINT (PLEASE HELP)

So I've been going on and off in different roles as different champions. Now hear me out but I want to play only one champ to climb. Thats my thing. Last year it was Master Yi. IK. I'm garbage. But now I want a new main where it can be flex picked mid or top while also being able to play AD/AP and can carry. And I know what you're thinking. But if a champ like that exists then it would be busted. I know. Isn't that why I'm here? I've played nearly every single champ known to riot and all I can say is im tired. Tired of being counter picked or playing into random champs. Just recently I tried out Ornn thinking hes gotta be a safe pick since hes so tanky and reliable. Nope. Toplane Yasuo with Mastery 6. And I fed to the point where I afked for the rest of the game. I think this month has been the month where I afked the most because I don't see a win condition in sight. And I get tired of playing into annoying shits every game. I ban Teemo I get Fiora. I play Nasus I get Quinn top. All I want is a champ suggestion that pretty much can play both AP/AD into top that has carry potential of a 1v9 champ like Yi. I think I'm asking for too much but I'm close enough to just uninstall the game and find another game to invest into. So anyone out there please suggest just one champ? Any? I don't mind what role I play and what type of champ it is.

Kai'sa for bot lane, she can build pretty hybrid and has potential to hard carry

For top lane, Vlad is an amazing pick for lower elo, below gold. Need tanks go tanky need damage go AP. Vlad is a good flex pick for mid and top also. Ryze can be great as well but you can't really solo carry as Ryze, just close to it. Darius is great also but you really have to invest time into playing him before he becomes busted.

Neeko. You can build her on hit or crit top and bully the enemy top laner, or go glacial augment full ap, and can flex into top, mid, or support. plus great teamfighting, and at max rank her E lasts the same amount of time as a max rank morg q.

Thank you for the replies guys. But I've found my new thing. I'm gonna focus on a group of tanky toplaners that don't use mana(big fan of them, especially Sett). The list is here. ([AD] Sett, Kled, Garen, [AP] Mordekaiser, Mundo, Rumble). My last thing would be if I should make this list smaller or add anything. But thanks for the answers guys!

PS. Also the guy who said that thing about Neeko. Funny thing is I made an only Neeko account with the intention of showing how broke she is. But lets just say mages are not in a hotspot this meta with hard tankers this season. And honestly gave up on it. But might bring it back if I got time when I'm hardstuck and want to afk in a 'pls go next i'm held hostage' match XD

Just play vladimir for mid and top. You can't go AD but you won't really have problems cause his damage is over the top anyway.

Or you can of course play malzahar. Again, not AD but he is one of the safest picks. Or Karma with AP/tank both being extremely viable. Especially pre diamond elo you can play anything successfully.

Another pick is trynda, but IDK if his AP build is still good. Or maybe shyvana

Maybe Warwick. I have about 2mil mastery on WW. While he isn't incredibly hard carry in late game, you can pretty much counter build to almost any champ. Just be patient in early game, you can't fall behind in farm in the lane with WW.
