bot problem

Is this game so devoid of players that riot needs to put bots in EVERY aram game? 2 bots this game on my team, and I am duo with someone. Every game its the same thing and its taking the fun out of playing. Just another unhappy customer who is no longer going to be putting money into the game until this sort of crap gets sorted out.
