Getting out of Bronze

I am currently playing in the NA server since I moved to the states to study and this is my first season playing ranked games. Me and my friends are basically bronzes and low silver and as any other player, we'd rather being in a higher elo. However, I don't understand why there is this obsession in getting out of bronze asap. It is true that some bronze players deserve being in another division and they can't rank up because of trolls or whatever but I don't think this should affect them as it is already affecting them. Playing league should be something fun and if by trying to get out bronze you're destroying this fun you should definitely think about quiting rankeds. Just wanted to share these thoughts and my own experience as a bronze 1, I'd love if you guys could share your ideas and sorry for my poor english. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

I disagree. I got placed into bronze this season, was silver last season, didn't take me too long to climb back up to silver. I had trolls, afks, leavers, ragers, you name it. I honestly think it's worse in silver than bronze to be honest, but none the less, if you're silver material, you'll climb, if you're bronze material you wont.

It's just as everyone says, if you play to improve you'll climb.

I got placed in b5 and made it to b1 in two months. I don't know how good this is but I've seen a real improvement in my game and if I need more time to improve and climb to s5 it'll just eventually come.

It's really, if you belong in a higher elo you climb. Simple as that, but people just refuse to understand or accept that they are bronze, Once they accept that they are bronze they will realize their mistakes and learn to take advice. But also keep in mind, Not everyone can be better then bronze, There has to be some players in bronze because the bracket exists for a reason. So some of them just happened to be in it due to living life, people belong in bronze cause bronze exists simply.
