Shen needs 683 AP to have the same amount of shield points as sion (at 5k hp)

I have already explained most of what i wanted to explain but one thing i dont want people to think is that i want shen's W to be just like Sion's, because i dont want the thing i just want the balance team to change his scalings to percent max hp since he is a bruiser/tank. The point that i am making with the amount of AP needed to have the same shield strength as Sion is that, that is how bad his ap scalings are.
