diamond+ advice plz and yes i checked out youtube adc guides and they all suck dick.

im 10/0 with 150 cs at 20 minutes, but my team is feeding hardcore. wtf do i do to win?
my support sucks dick, how do i 1v2 lane. is it even worth afk farming in lane? or should i give up turret and try to gank mid or some shit?
i suck dick but still want to win im like 0/3 inlane with shit cs. wtf do i do?

my main problem is when im fed but still lose because idk what im supposed to do to carry my team.

Not diamond, but this advice will seem pretty basic so...

Encourage your team NICELY to play safe and farm. If the lane reached a point that they get tower dove constantly while full then they just need to let the first tower go.
Try to never be alone in lane. Bot lane has the squishiest tower and you want to try to not let them get tower first blood and map control, but at the same time it beats dying. As an ADC you want to get what minions you can safely. 15 cs = 1 kill.

Being fed won't really mean much if your team can't close out the game. If your ahead then group with your team and try to take objectives while your team has the lead. The longer the game goes the smaller the gold lead gets. Pay attention to who on their team is a high priority target, but don't put yourself in harm's way to hit them since you want to hit the nearest target to you safely without putting yourself at risk.
