Que Dodging, and Lp loss

So I started playing the ranked draft, with the new champ select, and I did understand that not banning or picking a champion lead to a Que dodge. But what I didn't know was that if I'm tabbed out, the ban select and champ select doesn't pop up from tab like it used to. And this sucks because I just won a game, and i lost about 15 Lp because I didn't know that the tab wouldn't pop up like it usually does. I'm not asking for a refund of Lp, but plz just have the damn Que pop up, because not everyone wants to stare at the lobby waiting for people to ban, and pick. Also now I have to wait 30 minutes to play again, and this is only the second dodge!! WTF RITO Y NOT 10 OR 15 MINUTES!? [zombie-brand-mindblown] [zombie-brand-facepalm]
