I'm not joking, but does anyone feel Nautilus model is strange?

I just started to play Nautilus and I feel Naut's model is kind of strange because I feel like its head is way too far from its HP bar. Try this: just let Naut stop by the top of the camera with just full view of the hp bar, and you will see what I mean. Can someone prove/disprove it plz?
