Thoughts on an idea for changing up ARAM

What if ARAM rerolls could instead be used/also be used in a nemesis-like fashion to reroll a champ on the enemy team? Instead of maximizing personal comfort or team comp, you can focus on minimizing the opposite.

How this would work / general idea: In the game lobby, there is an initial period where you are able to see the enemy's team comp, but not your own. In this period, you can reroll champions on the enemy team. Then the game transitions to the normal ARAM lobby, where you can reroll your own champ and customize your loadout, and the game plays from there.
