problem with opening chests

hello!!! i have a problem with opening chests.....When i go to summoners profile i have 4 anailable chests to open (thats happening over a month....) but when i go to ''loot and crafting inventory'' it saws that i dont have any chest to open.... So now i have 3 keys, 11 key fragments and no chest to open :(. Any ideas????

The "available chests" are slots, not chests you actually have. You have to earn them by you or a premade ally getting an S-/S/S+ grade (only 1 per champion per season). Read more about that here; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207884233-Hextech-Crafting-Guide
