URF Mundo, can we just have a rework so he is always like this?

I love using the cleaver machine gun, it's beautiful. When he gets a rework he should have an ability like that. It can be offset by a higher health cost to stop him clearing everything like that. Anyway I just want to see him cleaver spam in all modes. (maybe 2 seconds and not 0.8 seconds, but still.)
