Teemo ideas and the Markmen update

teemo have been forgotten during the marksmen update even though it his main role (some people call him a mage or assassin ). I feel the only use for Teemo in the next meta is being a ward placer with his ult due to the being removed any ideas on how to help him rise in viability .
