Why the hell is Cho'gath and Dr. Mundo buffed? (patch 9.5)

Ok, so after Riot nerfed Conqueror (which is a good balancing), I'm expecting Riot to nerf a few tanker items, or revert Liandry's torment because without Conqueror the game will basically go back to season 7 after patch 7.9, when the tankers dominated the game. (Thornmail item 3075 , Warmog item 3083 and a few other tanker items were buffed in patch 7.9). After patch 7.9, item 3151 became the core item of most midlaner mages, until it got nerfed in patch 8.4.

From patch 8.4 until patch 8.6 (when Conqueror was released), Ad carriers dominated the game, and the game was botlane centered remember? Because only Adc with the old item 3036 could deal damage per health.

I want lol prior to patch 7.9 back. But instead, Riot buffed the tankers. Like, wtf is this?

Mundo has a terrible winrate, he definitely needed some buffs.

Look at patch 7.9 They nerfed half the tank items in the game. Bami's cinder, Spectres cowl, Spirit visage, randuins omen, sunfire cape, deadmans plate, then they revomed banshees veil from the tank list. Tanks really don't need their items nerfed again.
