Can You Still Configure Builds?
I can't seem to find it.

It hasn't been added to the new client.
You have to use the legacy client.
No, they don't have it in the new client, you have to be in the legacy client, which you can access by being in the login screen and in the bottom right corner it says (Launch legacy Client) do that and you can use custom item sets, BUT if you go into the new client then it won't be enabled and it goes back to the recommended Build
