Can You Still Configure Builds?
I can't seem to find it.

You have to use the legacy client.
Kukan Seishin1 votesNo, they don't have it in the new client, you have to be in the legacy client, which you can access by being in the login screen and in the bottom right corner it says (Launch legacy Client) do that and you can use custom item sets, BUT if you go into the new client then it won't be enabled and it goes back to the recommended Build

Incorrect. I use the new client all the time. Any builds you have created will show up in the new client, you just can't make new ones.
Though I really want them to implement this ASAP.
