Either remove in game chat or make it so you cannot type more than 1 sentence every 5mins.
We have smart pings now, in game chat creates toxic behavior and flaming starts.
if 1 sentence every 5 mins was implemented it would reduce flaming because u cant continue arguing.
also with this implemented = LESS CHAT and MORE PLAY. number of games ive played and the "flamer" just types more than he does damage to the other team.
Pls riot HELP me to progress. reduce flaming.

This is for my team mates not me. u can still type 1 sentence per person every 5 mins, u can easily type get banshee, GA, Phantom dancer or hourglass and tp is up going top and ect...

Edit : I think chat is fine, it's up to the player how much of it they wanna read. I frankly find it funny when players tilt and start spamming. I mute verbal abusers or bigots right away though , don't want them to ruin my vibe
