Im so tired of this

Bruh every fucking time i cast an ability or spell my champ freezes for about 1-2 seconds, and you know thats a long ass time for you to stay still and not do anything, even just popping a potion theres a delay in my champs movements. It happens everytime and im not experiencing lag and my ping is fine but its just that fucking delay everytime! It affects me when i want to ;

1. Switch targets
2. Follow up on attacks
3. Run for dear life and kiting

Like just imagine trying to flash to safety from a gank and after flash you suddenly freeze for about 2 seconds, youre fucking dead whats the point of flashing then?

I need help, advice, anything that can fix this problem i already reported it to riot as a bug. Anyone else experiencing this or just me??

Also.. with this new shit laggy client after every match it takes a very long time to load to join me into the after match stats and chat room. HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM?? THESE PROBLEMS??
