I just turned level 30 and I've realized the people I play against are insanely good and I can't compete against them because 1 idk what I'm doing and 2 I need a new champ to play, I just need some tips and help on how I can improve my skill I also need help with some champs that are easy to play because the champions I'm playing aren't working out. if you can help me out and drop some tips down in the comment section it would be extremely helpful, thanks :)

you get better as you play so you are expected at lvl 31 not to know what to do.
i wouldnt play rank at all til you have at least 150 normal game wins
MrFawknSunshine1 votesif i was you i would do nothing but learn how to CS right now. looking at your last game where you were 
you had 61 cs in a 25 min game. perfect cs is 107@ 10 mins.
pick what ever champ you feel like learning go into a custom game/practice mode and do nothing but last hit CS dont use abilities til you get better and better. keep track of how many you get in 10 mins restart and do again and again.
Muxxik1 votesStick to champions that are mechanically easy but that you still enjoy playing. Watch guides for that champion and just watch for what it looks like when that champion does well, and try to emulate that in your games. Stick to learning the basics first (CSing well, positioning correctly in laning phase, remembering to ward your lane) and then once you have that down, start thinking about bigger macro decisions that revolve around objectives and teamfights.
There's more to the game than anyone could ever tell you in just one post or even ten or a hundred posts. It just takes a long time to learn the game at even a basic level.
