I think we need a little rework for ziggs. Because when i play him it feels so slow and every spell the enemy can dodge easily.A new mod zoggs would be a new meta i think.

Ziggs is a unique character, outside of lane you don't aim for the enemies a lot of the time. You aim for choke points and section off pieces of the map using e (and occasionally w), you can also peel super well, take towers in seconds, and your wave clear is top notch. He really does well into the mid range mages without mobility as he bullies them in lane and he can cut them off of fights completely with e or w later on.

Not every champion is going to be at a 10% playrate when they aren't broken. Ziggs actually does pretty well into 3 of those (he does pretty well into Zed too if you play well). When the new runes come out I have a feeling that he will see a good amount of play because of gathering storm team comps.

I mean I already plan on taking every scaling rune I can and afk wave clearing with ultimate hat. If I can get to 30 minutes I'm pretty sure my ult will be in one shot territory on the enemy adc with a negligible cd.

Now when u have 2 or 3 items ur ult is in one shot territory

Assuming level 2 ult 500 ap direct hit it does 1000 damage before mr, most adc's are ~1200 hp currently plus mr runes. When they lose mr runes and Ziggs gets the comet keystone (plus the massive ap from gathering storm) it'll be a lot closer.
