Master Yi nerf needed

Q makes him invulnerable, cooldown lowered by basic attacks (just build attack speed) W makes him not only heal for a ridiculous amount over a lot of time, but it also mitigates up to %70 damage which is op on an ad assassin E makes him just do ridiculous damage in general R makes hum move so fast, light has a hard time catching up to him, and he cannot be slowed AAAAAND he gets ridiculous attack speed (which mentioned earlier makes his Q have basically no cooldown) aaaaaand his passive makes him do more damage

Why hasn't Riot nerfed him yet?

All you did was say what his abilities do, giving no reason why he should be nerfed (he has attack speed and lots of dmg nerf please). You know that even if he was nerfed, his q would still lower its cooldown on aa, his w would still heal him etc, only the number would be lower.
