Veigar nerfs on PBE are happening for a reason.
Guys stop complaining. A level 5 W has almost the same damage as his ult. So why are you guys complaining about a regular ability that has about the same damage as an ult getting nerfed?

He was forced to snowball his lane and roam which is what almost every veigar main did instead of trying to farm because they wanted to impact the game before everyone got merc threads/banshees to negate his killing potential.
Now it's farm farm boring BS and huge buffs to every ability at the cost of his stun not being as instant as before but still pretty fast due to buffs.
