No changes planned for Syndra to compensate for the DFG change (she's got other options she does fine with and at least right now certainly isn't weak).
Better nerf champs that actually need skill to land the CC or poke with Q, but compensate Fizz and Veigar plz. And don't you dare to buff Annie.

Doesn't really matter. If those Q nerfs make it through she will already be dead.

So yeah... The nerf may have look minor but now her stun is waaaaay less effective and she has plummeted from a 50% win rate to 43%
Fizz is going to be weaker at all points in the game when he doesn't have his ult on his target. They heavily nerfed Fizz's Q on the PBE.
Veigar may be more reliant on DFG than Syndra is even.
