No changes planned for Syndra to compensate for the DFG change (she's got other options she does fine with and at least right now certainly isn't weak).
Better nerf champs that actually need skill to land the CC or poke with Q, but compensate Fizz and Veigar plz. And don't you dare to buff Annie.

futuresight231 votesFizz is going to be weaker at all points in the game when he doesn't have his ult on his target. They heavily nerfed Fizz's Q on the PBE.
Veigar may be more reliant on DFG than Syndra is even.
