I'm not getting my Critical Strike from my runes

So I just wanted to have some critical Strike runes in my rune book because I didn't want to buy another critical strike item on Yasuo just because why not right? Well turns out I don't get my crit at all. but, I get everything else but not my crit strike. Any suggestions on what to do to fix this issue?? I've already restarted my Client and my computer.. And I've also gone on Op.gg to make sure that I had the Rune Page on at the time but still no crit.
