I am serious, this new season if broken

So I am a support main. I don't mind playing support but this is how rank goes now People who do not know other roles don't pick supp since they will get nothing else they started losing lane as a support no matter how much you win in lane and how good the vision you do, your team still blames on you for losing your mmr decreases you can't move on to the next division and you are forced to play support again and again or you will be spending 10 mins to queue. Period.
