Stealth Cinderhulk and Sunfire cape

Hey fellow summoners, With the new updates to the jungle items I have been thinking of different kinds of builds and item synergy with champions. The new stealth cinderhulk I think is a great addition. However I am wondering if it would be a good idea for Riot to include this feature into sunfire cape. The stealth immolate I mean, not the percentage health. Since both Sunfire cape and cinderhulk both use immolate as a follow up item to build through, wouldn't it make sense to include the stealth immolate into sunfire cape? The reason I bring this up is because I want to combine sunfire cape with boots of mobility but as we know the passive on SC negates mobi boots at times and such a change would greatly help supports that want to deal some extra damage.
