Any advice to get out of b5 - ?

When I was completely new to this game I made the mistake of playing ranked as a fresh 30. Needless to say even going 7-3 in my provisionals I got placed in Bronze 5. Sounds typical, like a never ending rant of bronzie bads complaining about why they cant "carry". I won't tell ya how good I am or yada yada I probably only deserve to be in s5. But how the hell do you even get out of bronze to start with? Its horrid - I admit I need to learn a lot but theres times I carry hard, we're talkin 10 kills and more, 5 deaths and less. I need advice, in other words, I need people to tell me what I do wrong and what you did to gtfo from hell. Or is it plainly just a better alternative to make a new account - thoughts? I apologize if this topic is over used.
