Hard AI Mode (Machine Learning maybe?)

We all love our Coop vs Ai and our Custom games, don't we? It provides us with some relaxing gameplay or to practice new Champ we're getting the hang of, maybe we want to play a match where our shoddy internet does'nt affect other players.

Current AI Begginer: Good for starters or for simulating noobs Intermediate: Decent challenge for rusty or when outnumbered *Hard: Please, we want this

Now, after doing small read on OpenAI Five I know that what they do is no easy task, but I believe some experiomentation with it could lead to some more intuitive Bots.

If this is not possible because of Priority reasons then Hard AI could have a boost of some sort, maybe more gold income, higher Shut Down bounties, shorter respawn time.

I know that the best way to practice is just going into a match with real players, altho Coop vs AI having Queue of at moments 0 seconds tells me many enjoy this mode and many more would (or with a more complete experience) with Harder (or boosted) AI
