vi can no longer Q+Flash???

so i main vi jungle and i noticed my Q flash combo has been failing horribly for the past month but i didnt think any of it, i just thought i was sucking. But i decided to go into custom alone to try more jungle routes and item choices and i decided to Q flash over the wall and it did not work properly.

So i literately re-did a custom over 20 times trying to Q+ flash and they have removed it from Vi's kit. You can only Flash Q now which is dumb and harder to combo with. can i have a rioter please explain why it was removed or if it wasn't can someone tell me what the hell im appearntly doing wrong.
