I literally cant win in plat elo as support

I am a supp main (taric, ali, thresh etc) and in last 2 weeks i dropped from p1 to p3, soon p4 . Since the start of the season ranks are a total mess., meta aswell. Ive lost a lot of games, tilted a lot, took breaks and still losing. Only 1 time i had a win streak for 7 games with taric. But then..nothing. I am a pretty decent supp but i cant help my team win. In this meta everyone plays lulu, nami, or any other aggro champ and i am forced to play def most of time and i cant roam. I dont have a chance to do anything because top and mid lost their lanes all the time. Im not saying im pro, some games are lost because of me because bad calls in late. But the others ( 80% ) my hands are tied. I got it, you may have a bad game. But i meet players with 0 experience, dont know how and when to fight, jungler have no idea what his role is. Most of adcs are autofilled and the ones who are main flame as hell thinking they are the carry. I cant play another role as a main ( just udyr jungle but i dont want to risk it) because i played supp for 3 years. Right now i dont know what to do. Should i take a long break (1-2 months) or keep playing and i guess losing.
