The last four games, my teammates have been abjectly awful

What is going on? Why is there such a vast difference in skill between myself and my teammates? This is absolutely unfair matchmaking, how can I ever climb when I get put on teams like these?

same. Luckily I broke my losing streak with a nice ARAM team that was completely op thanks to the horrid changes.

Issue is probably what champs you play honestly. You have a really low winrate on most of your champs and most of them are probably too mechanically intensive for your skill level. You also like always play carries. You'd be surprised how quickly you can climb playing stuff thats more team focused.
