In voting majority wins right? so why does 2 beat 3?

Riot has set the surrender threshold to 70% because to instantly lose a game a large proportion of the team must agree to that option, and 51% is simply not enough and will cause toxicity, tilt, and rage.

even though its a duo of trolls that always ends up telling the team "we know we lost but we are going to make you sit through this 45min game just to tilt you harder"
Awesomedude88881 votesIn that case, the people on your team who aren't trolling should be actively finding ways to make a pick, force a throw, and win a game just to spite the trolls. This is especially effective if you have a full lategame team and the enemy team falls off on its entirety.
