Voting system needs a fix badly
In voting majority wins right? so why does 2 beat 3?

You mean surrender votes? Right now you need 4 Yes votes to complete the surrender (in a team of 5). Riot has set the surrender threshold to 70% because to instantly lose a game a large proportion of the team must agree to that option, and 51% is simply not enough and will cause toxicity, tilt, and rage.
