Gameplay 100% ruined

For many people who live in the east are getting lag and its ruining the whole game for allot of people no worries i went to play aram and i have 928 ping for 5 min then a 1 min break to 58 ping. It was so bad that Voli-bear recommended build is nothing Then is regular matches i am getting these big ass lag spikes that disconnect me or i have to click to fountain and watch my dumb-ass looking champion slide across the map. Then when i try to fight someone or engage in a team fight sorry my ping says fuck you, you can't play and here is 4208 ping with attempting to reconnect.
