Ultimate Hunter Math????

Hey all, Tested out the new and improved Ultimate Hunter (5% (+4% per stack), up to 25% at max stacks on ultimate) and I can't figure out how the math is calculated. One would assume a max of 40% cdr +25% cdr = 65% cool down reduction on ult however this is not the case (nor has it been in prior patches)

I played Eve and maxed out cdr at 40% with items and got 5 stacks on ult hunter (25%). My Ult went from 140sec>63sec
63/140= .45 which means 45% of original value or a grand total of 55% cdr on ult (in effect just 10% more and not 25% more as most would probably assume reading the tool tip)

Anyways just trying to figure out how they calculate ult hunter on top of cdr. According to lol wiki ult hunter is multiplied by your normal cdr. works out for max (.40 cdr x .25 cdr= .10 cdr added or 10%) but at lower cdr like 10% it should give closer to the full 25% value but if you do the multiplication method (.10 *.25= .025 or 2.5% added CDR which can't be right)

TLDR Ult hunter is a scam don't use it.

40% makes CDs 0.6 of normal. 25% makes CDs 0.75 of normal.

Together it makes CDs 0.6*0.75=0.45 of normal for a total of 55% CDR.

Think of it this way. CD is 140 seconds. Your 40% CDR reduces with 56 seconds down to 84 seconds. Then you remove 25% of this which is 21. That makes the CD 63 seconds.
