Just talk'n bout stuff
where to start...ahhh...yes that's it! Ohhh wait what was I talking about. Alright enough jokes lets talk about some things that I find could use some change or just maybe a better view on how to handle that situation. I'll be going over some items and champions as well as my thoughts on the new changes, but not all the changes.
Items
now I have thought about this before, and one of the things that I find as odd is the items. we have 3 items that offer spellvamp (4 with rageblade), but we have well over 8 items with lifesteal. now some of you are saying spellvamp is just over powered, but that's just it. it's not over powered it's stats are all messed up for what we do have. you start out with an item that offers 12% spellvamp and say that its over powered no duhhh. 12% lifesteal is enough to keep any adc for having to worry in a fight, but then riot makes it worse by moving it up to 20%.....Really just really. give me 20% lifesteal and watch me solo drag. what needs to be done here is a scaling back on spellvamp and a production of more spellvamp items that don't hit 20%. you know like 6% or 4% something minor.
The next item topic is really more about morellonomicon you know this item
really its not about the item itself, but rather its unique passive: grievous wound. you know the thing that helps a certain someone kill you even though you clicked that health pot. (
) bet you thought I was going to say this guy (
or
) lets be real you were thinking (
). anyway this topic roles into my last topic as well as my next topic so lets do that.
Champions (it's all in that brand name)
alright to start back where we left off grievous wound was a passive ability on Fizz's W or SeaStone Trident for those using other keys. This has made Fizz much weaker, but what most people don't realize is that now there is only one item in-game that gives Grievous wound and that item is morello's which might soon be nexted on the chopping block. for riot already removed the ad equivalent ( Executioner's Calling ) gave 15% crit chance, but it also gave grievous wound. now with Fizz missing his grievous wound he's forced to buy Morello's if he wants to gain some of his former glory.
my next champ to talk about is someone that people start down-voting you for talking about him.
yeah I'm talking about him. now I must say it's not really that I don't see how to counter him take a GP to and shoot the dog dead out of lane, but as I main Darius I find it hard to push him out of lane early with his natural lifesteal and a bunch of health pots. Now those of you about to say something on the lines of "stupid all you have to do and stand behind his minion wave and block him." to do that I would start to take minion agro and once I head for a bush to stop the agro the dog strolls in and uses that cane. my main damage as Darius is my Q which is an AOE and that is when I start to lose cause he all up in his minions which means If I Q I wave clear. to go to another point Nasus's Q stacks are just crazy for a 45 min. game I mean it's just fine if your in dom's or aram it helps him out there, but for something that could go on for so long is just not a good Idea. I really dont mind his slow and AOE but his Q is way to powerful. I have seen a nasus get to 400 stacks by 20 mins. in what way is that even fair.
The Changes (been smitten by them changes)
now with the new season comes some new changes. double smite and all of the jungler's jump in joy. now as for the champions lets talk about Fizz and his new changes. I main fizz as a second to my Darius, and with this change I find more of a challenge to me. I have to say that I'm okay with what Riot has done to Fizz except for when they removed his grievous wound, and I only say this because of certain people (
) you know the ones that sit there taunting you while they heal. So what should we do now that Riot is silently removing the one ability to face these titans. I mean all those changes and you stop noticing them removing grievous wound from the picture. the only good news if the fully get rid of grievous wounds is that this guy (
) is going to be so much easier to handle.
The end(the end is only the beginning)
alright I'd like some suggestions on how I should handle a Nasus top as Darius and also what you guys think about what I have said, or what I have missed. ( is there anything at all you think needs to be talked about for balancing and gameplay).
