Pantheon w buff is a joke

Pantheon isn't allowed to be meta because of how braindead he is.

Rework the champ he is oppressive as hell

Why would you buff a binary champion with a kit like that? I'm surprised they even buffed him to begin with.

This champ is entirely point to click with ability to spam Q endlessly.

This champ must be reworked already.

If you mean a mindless damage buff to your Q, no.
