If Assassins or Anything Gets Out of Hand Because of the New Item...

Please just remove the item. It's only going to be either broken or useless, neither of which is going to seem appealing.

I see this item as a way for Riot to throw a bone at assassins to spike some winrates and then gut those champions, then gut the item.
