Bots in Normal Games

Dear Riot, Recently, whenever I've been playing normal summoner's rift games I have 1-4 bots on my team. Occasionally I'll have another real human on my side and I can tell they're real because they have a unique name and they ping and talk in chat. This often happens when I play a game on my own and not when I'm in a party. The other day I was playing with some of my friends and our teammates and opponents were humans. But in my last normal game which I just played a few minutes ago, the entire enemy team was made up of bots. The same thing has occurred in my co-op games too. I'm able to mainly tell which accounts in my game are bots because of these reasons:

1. The bots have generic names with randomized letters (not going to name them here because I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to put player names on posts).
2. The bots typically have the same icons (the free ones).
3. The bots pick champions from champion rotations.
4. The bots will usually buy the same items (like boots and what not).
5. The bots will leave base immediately after instantly buying their items.
6. The bots I've seen are usually around level 25.

PLEASE fix this issue. It is unfair and ruins the game for those who want to have fun playing it (it makes it difficult for new players too). Not only that but it's just cheating. My guess is that people are trying to get these accounts to level 30. I was looking through other posts and found that a few others are having this experience as well. I do hope that you at least look into the problem and resolve it. Thank you.
