Queue times

Hey! I'm an experienced LoL player, I've been playing on the NA servers for a couple of years, and I've practically been ONLY playing ranked games for a long time now. I'd really like to address the topic of queue times. I've been getting multiple extended queue times; mostly 20 minutes, and I agree that leaving/afk'ing games is a negative experience for our allies-trust me I know. However, I never seem to be getting warnings about idle behavior anymore. My laptop over heats every now and then and shuts off, but if I'm given a warning like "you've been leaving too many games; be careful," then I'll just entirely stop playing until my laptop cools down then continue playing, because I've overheated multiple times abandoning my team, but when I get 20 minute queue times right off the bat with no heads up whatsoever on a consequence this severe, I feel like it's just not fair. Also, I'd like to mention how it would be extremely convenient if you treat extended queue times the same as average queue times; instead of being blocked out from the whole client unless you exit your queue. It would be extremely convenient to be able message my friends, view my profile, visit the in game store, etc-just like you would in a normal queue.
