I am currently sitting at Silver 4 and have been doing okay but I keep getting stuck with teams that have one or two Iron players. wtf is up with that? My mmr is silver 3 so Im confused as to why my teams are always way under ranked compared to me? Especially when im going up against silver 2 and 3s. Can someone explain?

Because even though they are iron, their MMR is identical to yours.

They are more than likely getting a good bit of LP on win.
