Seeing People's Runes After Runes reforged

With upcoming changes to runes, they will become much more impactful to how we play the game. This means that it will be pretty important to know which runes your teammates and your enemies are taking. As of now, we can see only the keystones that everyone takes, but with the introduction of greater runes that are almost as strong as some of our current keystones, shouldn't we be able to see these too? Will there be the possibility of seeing these other runes in game or will we have to rely on outside sources. Do you think it's even important to be able to see runes outside of keystones, or is it just me?

It may be important, but at the lower levels it really wouldn't matter.

I think the essence of surprise is worth keeping in many of these runes' power budgets. I think it's not a big deal and that part of the match should be discovering and being able to react to what your opponent brings to the fight.
