Intelligence vs precision on Ryze
On the new ryze most people put 18 points in the cunning tree. I'm wondering whether i should go precision for the magic pen or intelligence so i can get 45% cdr. Incase anyone is wondering, the build i use is

Eclipse13371 votesI think 40% CDR is enough, maybe even too much. Precision lets you dominate the laning phase to roam, plus your autos will hurt a tad more.
Cherysse1 votesRyze doesn't even need to get that 40% cdr to be really efficient. He needs more the magic pen than other things so that he doesn't fall out late game.
