earning RP

Hi all, I was wondering if Riot could make a way to earn RP in game, such as double-hexakills in online games(no custom or bots). A double kill would earn a small amount of RP an such as 50 RP, and a hexakill would be 1000RP or something along the lines of that idea. I would really love to see this because although I have spent money on RP, I would really love it if I could earn it in game and work hard for the skins, rather than pestering my parents to buy me RP and getting into arguments. This is just an idea I don't expect everybody to agree with it but it is my opinion...

It's an option and doesn't change gameplay, if you can't afford it then don't get it - it isn't a required part of the game by any means, it will simply let you get your account progressing a little faster.

Why don't I like this idea? Not only are your numbers astronomical, they'd have to more than double the cost of a skin - making buying RP ineffective, and rendering their one source of actual cash flow entirely useless.

You want to make RP in game? go win tournaments, that's how it's done.
