Trading Skin shards
Since Riot games released hextech crafting, trading skin shards and other materials would be an awesome mechanic.

That would make Riot Games lose money. Riot Games doesn't like to lose money. Tencent overlords doesn't like to lose money. Therefore not gonna happen ever.
